Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged during transit.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cirkuito.com within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
If your return request is approved:

If a replacement is not available, a full refund of the item purchase price will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations
All confirmed purchases are treated as final orders and include handling and logistics expenses.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment may be canceled without any fee.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment are subject to a $7 restocking fee.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cirkuito is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Upon request, Cirkuito will provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, and shipping carrier details so the customer may investigate with the carrier.
